Cancellation Policy

Mentorship Terms & Conditions By enrolling in this mentorship program, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Payment & Enrollment     •    A minimum non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to secure your spot and begin the mentorship.     •    The first month’s payment must be received in full before any classes, sessions, or mentorship services begin.     •    Enrollment is not confirmed until payment is received. Cancellation & Refund Policy     •    Clients may cancel their mentorship up to 7 days before the official start date to receive a refund (minus any non-refundable fees, if applicable).     •    Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are not eligible for a refund.     •    Once the mentorship has started, no refunds will be issued for any reason. Credits in Lieu of Refunds     •    In place of a refund, clients may receive a credit toward another service of equal or lesser value, at the discretion of the mentor.     •    Credits must be redeemed within 90 days of the original mentorship start date.     •    Unused credits expire after 90 days and will not be reinstated or refunded. Non-Transferability     •    Mentorship enrollment and any issued credits are non-transferable and may not be shared, sold, or gifted to another person. Participation & Responsibility     •    Clients are responsible for attending sessions and participating fully in the mentorship.     •    Missed sessions are not refundable and will not be rescheduled unless explicitly stated. Right to Modify     •    The mentor reserves the right to modify the mentorship structure, content, or schedule as needed while maintaining the integrity of the program. Agreement By completing payment and enrolling in the mentorship, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
