Service Description
As a certified and experienced yoga instructor, I have developed a holistic approach that combines the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of yoga. My classes are designed to guide you through a transformative journey that will leave you feeling energized, relaxed, and connected with your inner self. I offer a range of yoga styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative, to cater to your individual needs and preferences. In addition to yoga, I am also a trained sound healer. I use sound therapy as a tool to facilitate healing, balance, and harmony in the body, mind, and spirit. My sessions involve the use of crystal bowls, drums, chimes, traditional gong and other instruments that produce vibrational frequencies that promote relaxation and meditation. You will leave feeling rejuvenated and at peace. As a Meditation Coach & Breathwork Practitioner, I will guide you through a variety of mindfulness practices that are designed to cultivate awareness, focus, and clarity. My approach to meditation is centered around heart awareness, Ancient Pranayamas, Modern Breathwork as well as body sensations to help ground you in the present. I also draw from other traditions and techniques to create a customized experience for each client. Whether you are new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, my classes will provide you with the tools and guidance you need to deepen your practice. Overall, I believe that my unique combination of skills and experience make me an ideal candidate for your private retreat. My goal is to create a safe, nurturing, and transformative space that will allow you to connect with your inner self and experience profound healing and growth. I am confident that I can provide you with a memorable and life-changing experience that will leave you feeling renewed and refreshed. All retreat bookings have a travel fee between $75 to $250 depending on distance for travel. Retreat bookings that are for 2 days must provide sleeping accommodations. All bookings must be paid in full 3 weeks before retreat date. Prices are for 10 or less participants. If you have over 10 participants please contact me by email for a different rate!
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy All sound bath sessions, meditation coaching, and retreat-related services i.e aura photography, traditional tea service or workshop related seminars must be booked a minimum of two (2) weeks in advance. If a booking request is submitted less than two weeks prior to the desired date, availability is not guaranteed. In the event that the requested date and time cannot be confirmed due to prior commitments, any payment submitted will be refunded immediately. Cancellations & Refunds     •    Clients have 72 hours from the time of booking to cancel without penalty.     •    To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 8 days prior to the scheduled event or session.     •    Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, but a credit will be issued that may be applied toward another service.     •    Credits must be used toward a future booking and are not redeemable for cash. This policy is in place to honor preparation time, energy exchange, and scheduling integrity. Thank you for understanding and respecting this process.
