In just 45 minutes, our tailored Pet Sound Bath sessions create a soothing atmosphere, helping pets release stress and tension naturally. How It Works: Sound waves interact with our bodies at a cellular level, creating shifts in brainwave states that promote relaxation and healing. Pets are highly attuned to these frequencies, and their bodies respond similarly to ours. Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy All sound bath sessions, meditation coaching, and retreat-related services i.e aura photography, traditional tea service or workshop related seminars must be booked a minimum of two (2) weeks in advance. If a booking request is submitted less than two weeks prior to the desired date, availability is not guaranteed. In the event that the requested date and time cannot be confirmed due to prior commitments, any payment submitted will be refunded immediately. Cancellations & Refunds • Clients have 72 hours from the time of booking to cancel without penalty. • To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 8 days prior to the scheduled event or session. • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, but a credit will be issued that may be applied toward another service. • Credits must be used toward a future booking and are not redeemable for cash. This policy is in place to honor preparation time, energy exchange, and scheduling integrity. Thank you for understanding and respecting this process.
