Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy • Clients may cancel their mentorship up to 7 days before the official start date to receive a refund (minus any non-refundable fees, if applicable). • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are not eligible for a refund. • Once the mentorship has started, no refunds will be issued for any reason. Credits in Lieu of Refunds • In place of a refund, clients may receive a credit toward another service of equal or lesser value, at the discretion of the mentor. • Credits must be redeemed within 90 days of the original mentorship start date. • Unused credits expire after 90 days and will not be reinstated or refunded.
