Within the construct of the coaching calls will be conversations that facilitate client growth, so that one is able to integrate new awareness, perception, or learning into how they understand their outer world and behaviors. Identifying limiting beliefs within a client so they can learn more about what type of subconscious blocks are holding them back from aligning to their highest path. Using a series of different techniques such as meditation, breath work and self hypnosis to transform these undesired belief systems and replace them with uplifting & empowering belief systems. After identifying the root cause of what keeps the client misaligned, next is setting physical goals and actions that will align a client to living in their highest expression and joy.
