Together, we will move through a fully immersive sound bath designed to calm the nervous system, reset the mind, and attune the body to the frequency of renewal. Vibrations from crystal singing bowls, the Chau gong and more grounding instruments, and intuitive sounds will guide you into deep rest and inner listening.
